KSQ recently completed an eight-story rental project located in the heart of the re-vitalized “Alphabet City” on the lower east side of Manhattan. The project consists of 13 apartments, a penthouse with a private terrace and rooftop cabanas and ground-floor fitness center. The fiber-cement panel rain screen system and cement stucco with a triple-glazed window wall assembly were selected to blend in with the existing buildings and to meet the new NYC energy codes.
