KSQ Design was retained to provide tenant uplifts for the various specialties that operate out of the Kernersville Medical Office Building. The two-story building houses five medical practices including a Bariatric Suite, Forsyth Nutrition Center, Cancer Center, Salem Surgical, and Winston-Salem Cardiology. Each tenant received a full A/E uplift catering to the specific needs of the practice. Waiting rooms, exam rooms, offices, and conference rooms were brought to date and configured to meet the health, safety, and size requirements necessary to make the patient’s experience comfortable.
