Improving the health of communities

Novant Health is expanding its medical campus to include a one-story medical office building to complement the adjacent hospital. The building uses similar brick colors, window treatment and detailing to blend with the other buildings on within the Health Village.

Tenants of the medical office building include a primary care practice, orthopedic practice, rehabilitation center, cardiology practice, lab corp, and a timeshare suite. The facility and site were designed to double the size of the campus with an additional 20,000 SF building and parking - increasing productivity for the center and the overall patient experience.
