Custom Interiors that Honor the Santa Fe Roots

KSQ Design was retained by Commercial Oklahoma to design the lobby and entryway of an office building located in the historic Santa Fe district in downtown Tulsa. The luxury design honors the history of the district while maintaining a modern aesthetic. Interior design is taken to new heights with metal detailing embedded in the terrazzo floor to display the train track pattern once found in Santa Fe Square. The reception desk and walls are made from onyx while the lobby will be accented with a marble wall. The second phase of this project will include the architecture and interior design of a new multi-family housing facility in the same district.
