Located at the top of Tulsa’s hidden jewel “Reservoir Hill,” you will find a recently built contemporary black box building.
The Jane Residence is a 3,000 SF one-story house reflective of open and simple living. The home encompasses four bedrooms, two of which are masters with walk-in closets and bathrooms.
Strategically located at the center of the “U” shaped floor plan you will find the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The design of the private residence was not meant to complete with the surrounding architecture, but to highlight the nearby 1919 stone house to the north of the property.
Based on modern architectural modules and materials, the interiors are simple but elegant with representative materials from the Era; trimless gypsum walls with up to its 10-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, and coordinated scored joints on its sealed concrete floor. Naturally illuminated with large windows and doors the home unveils the Oklahoma sunrise and downtown Tulsa horizon with breathtaking views from the pool.
