KSQ assisted Essex Capital Partners with the development of a 90-unit apartment building, providing a rare opportunity for luxury apartment-style living in Ridgewood, Queens. Madison Street Apartments, “The Mill,” features a WeWork-style business center appointed for residents who work from home, garden and game. The building is complete with a rear courtyard, a common roof terrace on the 7th floor, and 45 above-grade parking spaces. The efficient apartment home layouts maximize open areas and provide creative privacy solutions. Located on the site of a former knitting mill, and close to the Myrtle-Wyckoff subway station where the L and M meet, The Mill is the fourth multifamily project between Essex Capital and KSQ.
