We’re pleased to announce Monica Roberts has been promoted to Principal at KSQ Design. Roberts has 20 years of experience in marketing and joined the firm’s Tulsa office in 2012. Since that time her role has grown to lead our business development, strategic planning and marketing/communications efforts.
“Monica brings a wide skill set and high energy level to our leadership team at KSQ,” said Managing Principal David W. Short, AIA. “Her insight, creativity and strategic marketing savvy have helped propel our firm during a time of unprecedented growth.”
Prior to joining KSQ, Roberts’ was a marketing and public relations consultant working with architectural, healthcare, banking, energy and higher education clients.
As Principal, Roberts’ primary responsibilities directing the firm’s communications and strategic planning will continue and she will also deepen her involvement in the firm’s business development activities, operations, branding and staff development. She is currently leading a proprietary higher education research project with consultant Biddison Hier called “The Residential Campus of 2026” to uncover trends and challenges impacting the student residential experience in the next 10 years.
Within the firm, Monica has played an instrumental role in increasing KSQ’s community outreach efforts.
