Marisela Luce, Assoc. AIA
Marisela’s definition of architecture is creating interactive community spaces that foster a sense of belonging and effectively serve the end user’s needs while capturing the client’s vision. As a Project Manager and Studio Leader of KSQ’s Texas office, Marisela insures budgets and deadlines are met and manages the office’s man power to maintain appropriate team member involvement. With 20 years of experience in the industry, Marisela brings insight and expertise in leading clients through the regulations, codes and costs to produce a facility that meets the prescriptive and performance standards necessary while satisfying the aesthetics required for the project. She has experience in LEED projects, as well as projects in the education, civic, aviation and commercial market sectors. Marisela has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for nearly two decades and is a member of AIA and NAPW.
